Job description

In this role, you'll coordinate planning, logistics, workflows, and reporting, working closely with internal teams, sales, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and internal meetings.
  • Support multi-channel marketing campaigns by managing tasks, timelines, and approvals.
  • Organize budgets, schedules, and logistics for events and campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide clear briefs and meet deadlines.
  • Manage event registrations, communications, and on-site support, while maintaining organized campaign assets and processes.
  • Source venues, suppliers, and materials, and coordinate with external partners.
  • Maintain accurate data for registrations, attendance, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare reports and share insights to improve future activities.
  • Support lead capture and follow-up in partnership with the sales team.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.
  • Work flexible hours – flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Attention to detail in logistics, proofing, and data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency with general computer applications.
  • Experience planning and delivering events (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns and related tools (CRM, event systems, or automation platforms).
  • Experience coordinating complex or high-profile events.
  • Relevant training or certification (formal degree is welcome but not required).
