An exciting opportunity has arisen in the head office team for a Marketing & Digital Communications Manager at Dover Street Market.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will drive the organisation, collaboration and execution of our digital marketing & communications campaigns and manage strategies and tactics to drive awareness of both store and website.

You will manage the delivery of all initiatives, from briefing to launch, whilst building relationships with key brand partners and stakeholders and deliver marketing campaigns acrossweb and social digital channels.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop, manage and drive execution across all digital communications across web and social.
  • Oversee all marketing campaignsbuilding cohesive narratives across all touchpoints to drive engagement.
  • Develop, support, and drive timely and effective delivery of the seasonal and daily Marketing Plan working closely with E-Commerce and Merchandise teams.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of long- and short-range marketing calendars and planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Own organic and paid social media managing the planning, roll out and reporting.
  • Translate trend insights into actionable social media recommendations, helping shape channel strategies.
  • Community manage all social channels ensuring we are interacting with our audience.
  • Brief the Creative team on a daily basis, prioritising workload and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief.
  • Support with the creation of all digital elements for cross-departmental planning.
  • Regularly report and analyse digital marketing results to inform future actions
  • Lead on cross-functional marketing projects working closely with CRM, eCommerce, Brand Content, Merchandising, PR, Special Project, and VIP teams and other DSM territories.
  • Develop and manage the Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinatordriving their success and coaching to ensure their progression.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experiencein a similar role.
  • Outstanding knowledge of digital media and marketing, proven experience managing social platforms.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, previous copywriting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge and connection with the Dover Street Market brand.
  • Highly motivated and commercially driven individual with experience in coordinating marketing projects, preferably with fashion brands.
  • You are organised, reactive and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
