A leading insurance company is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join their Bournemouth office. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for crafting segmented audiences for marketing campaigns and translating data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities include data extraction, campaign measurement, and conducting competitor analysis. Ideal candidates will possess solid data experience and be proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI. This position offers a competitive salary and various employee benefits.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll help craft segmented audiences for campaigns across acquisition, cross‑sell, retention and in‑life journeys, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and business performance. You’ll work across digital and offline data to build holistic views of our customers, optimise journey touchpoints, and support experiments from design through to measurement — bringing creative problem‑solving and an eye for impact.
This is a hybrid role based in our Bournemouth office. Pay: Circa £32,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
