Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a busy Marketing team within a professional services or IP firm.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM system management.
• In-depth understanding of websites and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the annual marketing plan including Events, Digital Marketing and PR.
• Lead management and development of the CRM marketing database.
• Manage development of the company website to improve SEO and content.
• Take ownership of the department's intranet pages and update content.
• Create and distribute emails using e-marketing software.
• Report campaign outcomes to evaluate effectiveness of marketing projects.
• Assist with formatting professional documents for presentations.
