Our client, a fast‑growing B2B services organisation, is seeking a Marketing Automation Executive to join their expanding marketing function. Based in central Manchester, you'll play an important role in delivering multi‑channel automation campaigns, optimising lead‑nurture journeys, and enhancing client engagement. Day to Day
  • Support the CRM/Automation Manager in building, deploying, and optimising campaigns within the team's marketing automation platform (e.g., newsletters, nurture journeys, webinars, events, gated content).
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans to enhance campaign performance, segmentation, and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and report on weekly and monthly client and prospect newsletters.
  • Manage automated nurture workflows designed to drive engagement and deliver high‑quality marketing‑qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support client‑communication strategies that enhance product usage and improve retention.
  • Regularly audit and maintain data quality within the lead database, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and compliance.
  • Support ongoing performance analysis and campaign reporting to inform optimisation and continuous improvement.
YOU?
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp) – essential.
  • Proven email marketing and campaign execution experience.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders.
