Full time, Permanent Norwich. Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to closely work with the firm\'s BD and Marketing team by carrying out administrative tasks to support the firm\'s brand strategy for marketing campaigns including events, PR and comms as well as business development.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the BD and Marketing team in coordinating internal and external events and webinars, including on-site support at venues (e.g., meet and greet). Responsibilities include preparing delegate materials, managing event invitations, and tracking attendee responses. Monitor and manage events and communication inboxes.
  • Assist in tracking and coordinating marketing and business development activity.
  • Maintain the firm\'s website and upload new content.
  • Coordinate photography including stock imagery and headshots as well as photo editing.
  • Support the Brand and Engagement Manager with rebranding firm assets including reports.
  • Create, edit and update marketing literature.
  • Promote content via the firm\'s social media platforms.
  • Maintain the CRM, ensuring all lists are kept up to date and activities tracked.
  • Undertake research projects and create reports.
  • Deal with ad-hoc marketing administrative tasks from the wider team.
  • Support and co-ordination of the firm\'s directory submissions.
Requirements
  • Based in Norwich with ability to support Cambridge events and travel to that office once/twice a month; may visit other offices as required. A full driving licence is required.
  • Flexibility to attend and set up for events outside of working hours as required (early mornings from 7am / late evenings to 9pm).
