A progressive managing agent in the UK is seeking a Marketing and Design Executive to take full responsibility for marketing and design requirements. We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Design Executive to join our team, taking full responsibility for marketing, communication and design requirements across both the Churchill Estates Management and Careline Support brands.
As the Marketing & Design Executive, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a range of assets across multi-media channels including the website, intranet, email, infographics, printed media and internal communications.
The Marketing & Design Executive will lead on the content creation process, able to take an idea to determine a creative brief, through to the design, copywriting, proof-reading, delivery and implementation of the project. Creatively, you will be able to design a range of advertising, e-shots, newsletters, brochures, leaflets and much more! You’ll be involved in updating and maintaining the company websites using Wordpress and other CMS systems and you will co-ordinate internal charity days, themed events, award entries and undertake ad hoc competitor/market research.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will build strong relationships and work closely with Churchill Estates colleagues and Group Marketing. Your stakeholders will be varied across all levels of the business, supporting with projects including targeted marketing for new business, recruitment, property services, legal, finance and Careline functions. It is essential that you maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects with a cohesive approach and act as the brand guardian. Externally, you’ll liaise with media agencies and suppliers, requesting quotations, booking advertising space and working to deadlines.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
The role may require some travel to regional offices from time to time.
As an experienced and competent graphic designer and marketeer, you will demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, WordPress and MS Office, with evidence of both print and digital design experience.
You will be highly motivated and deadline-focused with a positive and optimistic attitude, displaying outstanding communication and organisation skills, with a great eye for detail. You’ll be dynamic and flexible in your approach to work, often multi-tasking with a variety of stakeholders, juggling ideas and feedback, as well as being reliable and confident to work under pressure.
