Job description
Marketing & Communications Executive

Location: Mobile / Remote

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Food is the story and this role is all about telling it brilliantly.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and food‑obsessed Marketing & Communications Executive to help bring workplace dining to life across our Business & Industry sector. From chef spotlights and menu launches to sales‑driving campaigns and trend‑led content, you’ll turn everyday food moments into engaging stories that inspire teams and excite clients.

Working closely with Culinary, Operations and agency partners, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping how our food looks, feels and performs across sites giving teams the tools, confidence and content they need to shout about great food.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning our quarterly, sales‑driving magazine and campaign guides end to end — from planning and copywriting to approvals and delivery
  • Creating a consistent stream of food‑led content for social and internal channels, capturing in‑unit stories, menu launches and best practice
  • Writing and project managing newsletters and internal communications that are clear, engaging and genuinely useful
  • Acting as the go‑to contact for operational marketing requests, keeping everything on brand and on time
  • Managing and maintaining brand tools, guidelines and assets, ensuring consistent execution across sites
  • Leading stakeholders through campaign development, managing timelines, feedback and approvals
  • Visiting sites regularly to experience food first‑hand, spot opportunities and support brilliant execution
  • Supporting client events and sector initiatives as needed
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of high street food trends, helping shape menus, pop‑ups, retail offers and surprise‑and‑delight moments
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in marketing, communications or social media, ideally within food, hospitality, retail or consumer brands (or a graduate hungry to break into this space)
  • A confident copywriter who can talk credibly and compellingly about food, menus and dining experiences
  • A genuine passion for food and food culture, with strong awareness of trends and emerging concepts
  • Proven ability to manage projects, publications or campaigns with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Insight‑led, curious and always looking to improve the workplace food experience
  • Happy working mobile and remote, with regular site and head office visits
  • Full driving licence and active driver
Nice to have:
  • Experience in foodservice, hospitality or multi‑site environments
  • Presentation, design or video editing skills
  • Experience supporting brand evolution or transformation
