  • Drive compliance against key people KPIs and track progress.
  • Manage recruitment in line with workforce plans.

Skills

CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working within a business-partner or matrix structure
Proven track record leading HR project workstreams
Strong understanding of HR legislation
Ability to build trust, respect and openness
