Job description

We are currently seeking a manufacturing & general operative to work for our client based in Larkfield.

Your primary responsibilities will include manufacturing picture frames, which involves using tools and machinery such as nail guns or cutting machinery. While experience with these tools is preferred, it is not essential. Handling glass will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you may be involved in order picking and packing, with some manual handling required.

Previous experience working with industrial tools and machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (hours may be subject to change).

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour. Breaks are also paid.

Own transport is preferred but not essential, as the location is accessible by public transport.

Required safety equipment includes safety boots and a Hi Vis vest.

This is a temporary role initially lasting 4-6 weeks, with weekly reviews. The duration may be extended based on suitability and workload.
