Manufacturing Engineer – Manufacturing

Location : Bristol

Salary : £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We’re working with a well‑established manufacturing company who are looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on, process‑driven individual to play a key role in improving production efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) from concept through to production.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, tooling solutions, and layout changes.
  • Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to resolve technical and production issues.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff.
