Salary: to £85k + package

Based: Wales (CF35)

Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor with Civils Framework experience?

Do you want to work on a long term regional water framework for a highly respected Civil Engineering Contractor?

An exciting opportunity has developed to work for a leading UK Civils Contractor on a key Water framework. The role will be for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to come in and help support the Commercial Lead and assist in managing the Commercial Team alongside driving for commercial opportunity efficiency within the contract.

Key criteria for the role will include:

  • Experience working on and managing a Civil Engineering framework
  • Able to work independently, managing a sizeable project and overseeing a commercial team
  • Strong eye for commercial opportunity, and be able to drive profit and efficiency
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Strong client interfacing skills
