The role requires an effective man manager who is excited by the thought of reaching company objectives through strong leadership. You must have the ability to command respect from all divisions of the business, supporting and motivating staff to achieve maximum output and profit. Dealing with people will be a key component, understanding different cultures both near and far.

Sales and marketing experience will be an added bonus, however our key priority is finding an outstanding leader who will one day take the reins of overall operational activity.
