Key Responsibilities

• Source, lead, and close high-conviction investments across special situations and transformative opportunities
• Lead structuring, due diligence, and capital formation efforts with a cross-border, agile mindset
• Execute full deal lifecycle — from ideation to exit
• Operate with a lean, high-velocity approach (no red tape, minimal decks, high impact)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Distressed, Credit Investment, private equity, investment banking, restructuring, or principal investing
• Proven track record in sourcing and executing complex transactions
• Deep understanding of risk, structure, and asymmetric return profiles
• Highly entrepreneurial and resourceful — thrives in ambiguity and urgency
• Execution-focused — capable of negotiating term sheets, running diligence, and managing stakeholders directly
• Comfortable in an environment that values speed, ownership, and innovation over hierarchy or process
