Qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience in Water or Wastewater management.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.

Lead and manage all aspects of wastewater operations & maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement, team coordination, and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years' experience in Water or Wastewater management.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors and consultants, and making organizational decisions.
  • Valid 5C Wastewater License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
  • Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
