A global consulting firm in London is seeking skilled professionals to join its trade and transaction reporting advisory team. Candidates will provide strategic advice, helping clients navigate complex regulatory changes and implement sustainable reporting solutions. Excellent presentation skills and a background in various regulatory frameworks such as MIFID or EMIR are required. As part of our rapidly growing team, you will provide high quality strategic and technical advice to covering trade and transaction reporting matters.The main responsibility of the role will be to help clients to anticipate and understand regulatory and policy change, and to be able to provide technical advice to allow clients to implement sustainable solutions to meet their reporting challenges. Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
