What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the Recipe Revolution : Own and execute the Global Ninja Recipe Strategy for NTK initiatives, aligning with product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Create Culinary Magic : Oversee recipe development across all touchpoints — from in-box books to digital platforms and brand collaborations.
• Build & Inspire Teams : Collaborate with regional culinary leads and recipe developers, ensuring every dish reflects quality, creativity, and consumer-first thinking.
• Champion Innovation : Be the go-to culinary expert, showcasing how our products transform cooking through convenience and performance.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Test competitor recipes, collaborate globally, and provide insights that shape product development.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience & Expertise : 5+ years in culinary development, food innovation, or recipe-driven content creation.
• Education : Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinology, Food Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global teams.
• Communication Power : Confident presenter with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility : Ready to travel internationally as needed (~30%).
