A financial services company in Reading is seeking a professional to assist with accounting for newly acquired entities. As Ascot Lloyd continues to be on the acquisition trail, this role is required to work with the Senior Technical Accounting Manager and the Financial Controller to assist with all aspects of the monthly accounting for newly acquired entities including external and regulatory financial reporting, and be one of the key points of contact to facilitate both the external taxation computations and the external audit process for such acquisitions.
