Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a business in Lancaster to recruit a new Management Accountant. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £46,000 with a flexible hybrid working arrangement on offer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and variances, providing analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain accounting records, reconciliations, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support business planning, cost control, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders as required.
• Assist in developing efficient financial systems, processes, and controls.
