Management Accountant Location: Glasgow Salary: Competitive + Benefits Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your new role

As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making. You'll be hands-on across the full spectrum of management accounting duties—from compiling and analysing statistics to preparing full management accounts. This is a true all-rounder role, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis

  • Producing financial reports and KPIs

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a confident and adaptable finance professional with experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You'll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
  • Solid understanding of management accounting principles
  • Proficient in Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
