Responsibilities

• Keep our gardens looking sharp—mow, plant, weed, repeat.
• Fix, patch, paint—every detail counts.
• Check heating, lighting, fire alarms & safety systems.
• Help with audits, spot risks, and suggest smart improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors when needed.

Qualifications

• Solid background in maintenance or trades.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in residential or care settings.
• Handy with tools and even handier with people.
• Groundskeeping experience is a big plus.

Job Details

Location: Tonbridge, Kent. Salary: £37,056 per year (estimated).
