A UK-based educational institution is seeking a full-time Multitrade Maintenance Operative to undertake various maintenance tasks across multiple trades at their campuses. Candidates should have a recognised trade qualification and proven experience. The University of Southampton requires a full time Maintenance Operative - Multi-trade to join the Estates and Facilities Department to undertake a variety of Building trade related tasks across our academic campuses supporting the academic and business needs of the organisation. This role will be 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday.
As a Multi-Trade Technician, you will undertake a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, decoration, wet trades including electrical, and general building maintenance. You will ensure that campus facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations, contributing to an optimal environment for learning and working.
