We currently operate seven 3‑ and 4‑star hotels in the heart of Bloomsbury, including the Royal National Hotel, Bedford Hotel, City Sleeper, President Hotel, Tavistock Hotel, Morton Hotel and Holliday Inn Bloomsbury. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager to manage projects from initiation to completion.
  • Make orders for parts and control costs.
  • Ensure all required documents are obtained from contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist in compiling building safety registers within the hotel.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience as a Facilities Assistant or similar.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong project‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task, prioritise and manage workload.
  • Demonstrable experience with purchasing, invoicing, and procurement processes.
  • Proactive, independent, and team‑oriented work style.
  • Experience maintaining PPM records.
