Overview

Maintenance Manager

Salary - Circa £60,000 + Overtime + Great benefits package

Location, commutable from - Daventry

A fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Manager has arisen to work for an internationally renowned Automation solutions provider based in the Daventry area.

Responsibilities

• General management of the maintenance team and responsible for the execution of the service contract including budget management and cost control
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of system performance and ways of working as well as learning continuously and developing professional potential and ability
• Provide a safe working environment through championing and encouragement of a safety-first culture

Qualifications

• Educated to at least an HNC level or equivalent in mechanical/mechatronic or electrical engineering and several years of proven experience in a similar position with management responsibility on-site
• Strong hands-on mentality, passion and analytical ability to structure and lead the resolution of system-related problems combined with an engaging mindset with strong management and customer liaison skills
• Relevant experience working with PLCs, Conveyor Systems, Lifting / Hoisting Equipment, Pneumatic / Hydraulic or network communications (Profibus, Fibre-Optics or Interbus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills combined with a professional usage of MS Office
