An automotive manufacturing company in Edinburgh is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance efforts and improve efficiency. No supervisory experience is required as the company will train the right candidate. Candidates should have at least 3 years of maintenance experience and a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Competitive salary of $54,000 plus a $1,000 shift differential is offered.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.

  • Create daily maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs with operations.

  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed.
