Contract Maintenance Engineer North London/ Hertfordshire Waltham Cross Outside IR35

Payment type: Outside IR35 LTD or Umbrella or PAYE

4 on 4 off days and nights

Start: ASAP

Engineering skills: Must have hands on manufacturing experience maintaining production machinery and either be electrical or mechanical or multi skilled.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Contract Maintenance Engineer to join a extremely well established manufacturer that has made huge investments in their site. This is a hands-on, long-term contract where you'll keep high-speed production lines running smoothly in a modern site.

Key Duties

• Preventive and reactive maintenance of machinery
• Fault finding and repairs
• Work on conveyors and automated production equipment
• Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical or Electrical qualification (Apprenticeship / NVQ / C&G)
• Hands-on experience as a Maintenance Engineer in high speed FMCG manufacturing
• Multi-skilled preferred but can be either mechanical or electrical.
• Ability to use initiative in a fast-paced environment
