Overview

Gap personnel is recruiting a permanent role as a Maintenance Engineer based in Hortonwood, Telford.

We need someone who is hands on working on Lathes, Milling machines, Welding, maintenance of equipment, fabrication, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Hours of work : Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm

Pay: £37.5k to 40k/annum

Job responsibilities:

• Development of TPM system
• Maintenance of building
• Involvement in IMS focused improvement culture
• Effective performance management and development of direct reports
