Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £48,700 per annum including the shift allowance
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 3 shift pattern - overtime available on weekends and during the week
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, dynamic environment where your technical expertise will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery including working with motors, rollers, belts, sensors, drives, and more.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
  • Performing routine inspections and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to processes and systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.
