Responsibilities
  • Be the first responder to breakdowns across a wide range of equipment - from hand tools and compressors to heating systems and robotic welding cells.
  • Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and minimise downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Drive preventative maintenance projects and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to keep everything performing at its best.
What You'll Bring
Essential
  • City & Guilds or equivalent maintenance qualification.
  • Strong practical maintenance skills with a safety‑first mindset.
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Knowledge and experience working in a busy manufacturing environment.
Desirable
  • Experience with TPM and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of PUWER, LOLER, and H&S standards (IOSH).
