Job summary

A leading engineering company in Diseworth is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve plant performance. You will handle planned and condition-based maintenance and be responsible for troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Engineering and strong electromechanical skills. Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 based on experience. This role offers a twice yearly bonus and enhanced holidays.

Overview

Maintenance Engineer – Castle Donnington

Hours: Monday to Friday; weekly rotation 6:00am - 14:30pm and 15:20pm - 23:40pm

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000pa experience dependant

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant and machinery to a high standard through planned preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues and identify ways to improve line performance
• Proactively schedule maintenance activities to maximise service levels
• Carry out condition-based maintenance to minimise downtime and keep operations running efficiently

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Engineering/Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Strong electromechanical skills
