Job summary

A well-established building automation services company in Leeds is seeking an experienced Maintenance Co-Ordinator. You will handle client communication, manage engineers' diaries, and support invoicing and project management. Ideal candidates will have similar experience, preferably with Sage knowledge. Basic salary up to £27,000 with standard working hours.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role required.
  • Sage experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and on initiative.
  • Capacity to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client calls and emails regarding contracts.
  • Plan engineers' diaries based on contract details.
  • Order parts with support from maintenance management.
  • Invoice completed works.
  • Add projects to Sage and create billing schedules.
  • Book accommodation for engineers.
  • Initiate maintenance reviews with the account manager.

Overview

Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a well-established building automation services company who have been trading for over 10 years. Due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Co-Ordinator to support their team in Leeds.

Responsibilities
  • Taking calls and emails from clients regarding contracts and call outs
  • Planning Engineers diaries according to Contract details
  • Ordering parts with support from the Maintenance Manager
  • Invoicing some works complete
  • Adding projects to Sage, creating billing schedules and adding visit dates to diary
  • Booking accommodation
  • Initiating Maintenance reviews with the Account Manager to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Have previous Sage experience ideally but not essential
  • Be able to work independently and on your own initiative
  • Be able to prioritise workload
Benefits

In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £27,000. Working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm
