We're working with a well-established facilities management company that oversees university accommodation in Clapham. They're currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's hands-on, dependable, and happy to support with a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks.

• Replacing electrical equipment such as hobs, ovens, and extractor fans
• Applying and replacing mastic and silicone in kitchens and showers
