Overview

Mainstream Central London consultancy has a requirement for a Structural Revit Technician to join the expanding Faringdon design studio.

Responsibilities

• Perform Autodesk Revit drafting and modelling for building structures in the UK.
• Work independently under the guidance of the Structural Project Engineer and BIM/CAD Manager.
• Contribute to a workload mix of new-build and refurbishment developments.
• Support project delivery with fast turnaround of designs for projects up to £150 million across London and the South East, with a bias towards phased residential developments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Autodesk Revit draughting and modelling experience in building structures engineering in the UK.
• Portfolio of varied projects.
• Comfortable working independently under guidance from senior team members.
