We are seeking a Magento Business Analystwith experience in Agile/Scrum environments to join our Clients dynamic team - a vibrant Design Agency based in Central London. You will play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with platforms likeMagentoand other leading eCommerce technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to define business requirements and user stories in an Agile/Scrum setting.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce platforms, particularlyMagentoand other online retail solutions.
• UsePostmanto test and validate API endpoints, ensuring smooth data flow and system communication.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous delivery.
• Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to optimise system performance and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as aBusiness Analystin anAgile/Scrumenvironment.
• Strong understanding ofMagentoand othereCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity withSOAP, REST, and GraphQL APIs, with hands-on experience usingPostmanwould be beneficial.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear documentation and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools (preferred).
