Hiring Now – 1st Shift Jobs in Norwich, CT. Looking for steady, full-time work in manufacturing or warehouse? Our Norwich facility is hiring Material Handlers and Machine Operators for 1st shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday). Overtime available!

Open Roles & Pay

• Material Handlers – $18/hr
• Machine Operators – $20+/hr

Location

• Norwich, CT

Schedule

• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Duties

• Moving, loading, and unloading materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Operating machines, equipment, or production lines in manufacturing
• Following safety and quality standards on the production floor
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable workers with good attendance who are ready to work a full shift
• Able to lift, bend, and stand throughout the day (warehouse & manufacturing setting)
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• English or Spanish speakers welcome!
