You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality goods. This role suits someone with a hands-on approach, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications

  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks using measuring tools

  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met

  • Try to minimise waste on materials
  • Follow health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues
