Machine Operator

Immediate Starts

Days working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6am to 6pm - 4 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 4 days off

Pay for days starts at 12.26 per hour - increases to 13.26 per hour after 12 weeks

Brownhills area

Basic machine operating - training will be provided - Working CNC machines

This will involve working weekends as part of the shift pattern

Regular - long term work

Duties of a Machine Operator

• Will be operating CNC Machines - sometimes working 2 machines at the same time
• Loading automotive parts
• Filing / grinding
• Using power tools
• Quality Inspection
• Working to targets

Experience required for a Machine Operator

• Previous factory work / machine operating work
• Used hand tools / power tools an advantage
• Previous manufacturing and production experience an advantage - but training is provided

• Day Shift is 4 days on - 4 days off - Pay for days starts at 12.26 per hour - increases to 13.26 per hour after 12 weeks
