Machine Operator – Manufacturing Sector, Location: Tewkesbury, Salary: £12.80 per hour rising to £13.17 with training, Hours: 37.5 per week | Early & Late shifts (see pattern below), Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)

Join a busy and well-established manufacturing team in Tewkesbury! We’re looking for a reliable Machine Operator to support efficient production output. This is an excellent opportunity for someone hands‑on who enjoys working with machinery and wants long‑term progression.

What You’ll Do

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and monitoring.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support general production duties as needed.
• Work flexibly across early & late shifts based on operational requirements.

• Previous experience in a production or machine operating environment (advantageous).
• Ability to commit to both early and late shifts.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Shift Pattern

Weekdays: 05:30 & 13:30 starts

Saturday: 05:30 start

Shifts vary depending on production needs and are not on a fixed weekly rotation.
