Salary: £44,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong Python coding skills.
• Hands-On AI / ML Expertise : Built and deployed machine learning models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• LLM Expertise : Experience with large language models, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agents, evaluation, and safety considerations.
• Research experience : Reading papers, prototyping, and implementing algorithms.
• MLOps knowledge : Strong grasp of CI / CD for models, version control, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
• Practical experience deploying AI solutions on AWS.
• Experience with containerisation for deploying and scaling AI solutions (Docker).
• Fundamental knowledge of software engineering, including version control, CI / CD, and testing.
• Expertise in ML algorithms, model development, and lifecycle tools.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into innovative AI solutions.
• Passion for staying current with the AI / ML research landscape.

Responsibilities
