Overview

Opportunity for a MEICA Supervisor to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the world. Due to on-going success and contract awards they have a requirement for an MEICA Site Supervisor to join their Water / Wastewater team for a project in the greater Belfast area.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of M&E services in compliance with the requirements of NIW.
  • To ensure that the construction works adhere to the requirement of the contracts with the Client.
  • Lead the M&E site staff in the day-to-day supervision works.
  • Prepare monthly work progress reports, quarterly performance reports and other reports or information relevant to the project.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Extensive satisfactory post graduate experience in on-site supervision, contract administration and project management of M&E engineering works.
  • A Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification in Engineering such as Mechanical Engineering.
  • Capable of writing clear and concise reports and keeping works records.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Experience of water / wastewater projects to include treatment works, pumping stations etc.

You will also have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to act within a team at all times. With the nature of the role you will be traveling throughout Wicklow.
