The Role

We\'re seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You\'ll play a key role in delivering pre- and post-contract commercial management services across a range of complex M&E packages.

About You
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in M&E cost management (consultancy or contractor background)
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within the built environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
