A respected Facilities and Asset Management Consultancy is seeking a Technical M&E Consultant to manage and deliver projects in the healthcare sector. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, balancing work between home and the office. Responsibilities include consultancy project management, adherence to budget and timelines, as well as maintaining client relationships. Candidates should possess technical M&E qualifications and have operational knowledge of facilities management. Strong skills in MS Word and Excel are also needed.
We are currently working with an independant and well respected Facilities and Asset Management Consultancy, to recruit a Technical M&E Consultant based on a hybrid basis, with work split between home, on site, and either the Leeds or Leicestershire offices.
The primary role is to manage and deliver projects (primarily Technical/M&E) within the Healthcare/PFI space as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and timeline.
The role involves managing and delivering projects on a daily basis, ensuring the business meets the client's expectations and fosters growth through long-term commercial relationships.
