Overview

We're looking for an experienced M&A professional to join an established yet growing team. The role is broad and requires someone to support origination, management and execution of deals within the mid-market - c £5m - £30m deal value.

Client Details

An established team in the Midlands, focusing on mid-market deals across a variety of sectors with a deal value typically between £5m - £30m. The team can boast over 30 years of M&A experience between their leadership team, now looking to hire a Manager to develop into a future Associate Director.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end M&A processes.
  • Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive pitch decks and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify potential acquisition targets and assess strategic fit.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with external parties.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on M&A opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Have an ACA/ ACCA qualification
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Experience in managing complex transactions and negotiations.
