Job summary

A luxury hotel and spa based in Northern Ireland is seeking a Conference & Events Manager to oversee exceptional event planning and delivery. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury hotel environments, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of events and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Competitive salary starting at £30k+, commensurate with experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in events management, ideally within a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Proven experience delivering high-end events with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience meeting revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of conferences, meetings, and private events.
• Manage all stages of event coordination including proposals, contracts, and on-the-day management.
• Act as the primary contact for all event clients, ensuring exceptional service.
