Job description

School: Bredenbury Primary School

Start Date: 6th January 2025 or before

Contract: Permanent, Part-time (5 hours per week 12:00–13:00 over 5 days, Term Time Only)

Salary: Grade Scale TC02 (scale point 2–3)

Bredenbury Primary School is part of the Three Counties Academy Trust (TCAT) which includes Queen Elizabeth High School and three local primary schools. It is a small, three‑class school with a nurturing approach and a strong community ethos. The school is fully inclusive, with happy and enthusiastic children, highly motivated staff and a supportive Governing Body.

We are seeking a kind and nurturing individual to serve lunches, supervise and ensure the safety of children throughout the mid‑day break. The chosen candidate will support pupils by encouraging respect and following the school’s Behaviour Policy. A food hygiene certificate is required.

  • Good personal communication skills and ability to relate well to children
  • Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in their approach
