What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our experienced team who are responsible for supervising children and leading play activities during the lunchtime break. You must be able to:

  • Work well as part of a team, whilst also being able to use your own initiative
  • Develop effective relationships with children and young people in order to maintain good standards of behaviour
  • Follow school policies and procedures
  • Lead and supervise suitable lunchtime activities
  • Effectively communicate both verbally and written
