A major retail business in the UK seeks a Loss Prevention Partner to enhance efficiency by managing shrinkage and protecting both Partners and Customers. Responsibilities include handling theft incidents, coaching staff, and building strong relationships with law enforcement. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage conflicts. Comprehensive training will be provided in this dynamic role, with a salary range of £26,500.00 - £38,000.00 and various shift requirements.
Join the John Lewis Profit Protection team to enhance efficiency and profitability by mitigating harm to Partners and Customers and managing shrinkage. This role addresses all aspects of shrinkage including dishonesty, procedural failure and administrative error. You will uphold high Loss Prevention standards, mentor colleagues and work with stakeholders to achieve targets. Responsibilities include managing conflict, apprehending those involved in retail crime, and coaching Partners on shrinkage and crime awareness. You will also take responsibility for self-development, engage in department activities and act as an ambassador for the John Lewis & Partners brand.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18-years or older to work in this role. You'll work on a rota basis and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Please note: You will receive full and comprehensive training in the first few weeks of starting in this role.
Salary: The salary range for this role is between £26,500.00 - £38,000.00
