Girls United FA is looking for a Lead Coach to deliver grassroots football programmes focused on empowering young girls in South London. The successful candidate will oversee sessions, support assistant coaches, and engage actively with the community. With a commitment to equality and inclusion, this role requires a passion for football and experience in coaching. Candidates should hold at least a FA Level 1 coaching qualification and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary: Lead Coach £17.50 ph / Assistant Coach £13.50 ph
Location: South London - Lambeth, Southwark and other surrounding areas
Description: The position of the London Coach consists of delivering on agreed programmes which will focus on creating spaces for young girls aged 5-16 years old to be active in South London. The position will include delivery of practical sessions, supporting players and our current workforce. The position will be for someone who wants to work within an environment to make a positive contribution to the community. Girls United have a growing player pathway through our Love The Game programme for new girls to take part in football, through to our Play like a Girl social play sessions on Sunday to our FC (club) teams who train and take part in League fixtures.
