Job summary

An established architectural studio in the UK is seeking a passionate Architectural Designer to join their Planning Team. The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, a degree in Architecture, and the ability to prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings for planning applications. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects, manage projects, and contribute to turning creative concepts into reality. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience with SketchUp or Enscape is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience securing 30+ planning permissions within the UK.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural roles focused on RIBA Stages 0-3.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings for planning applications.
• Convey ideas and concepts effectively to key stakeholders.
• Assist in coordination and management of planning applications.
• Conduct planning research and apply planning policies to designs.
• Collaborate with the design team on concept development.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and provide regular reporting.
