• Strong AV / live events experience preferred.
• Previous experience in the Service and Hospitality industry is preferable.
• Experience with audio visual equipment or in an educational environment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and rig equipment for events.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of design visuals for clients.
• Monitor sales files and ensure proper sales processes are followed.
